E-INFOSOL’s Team Member spotlight is on Olivia. Olivia is E-INFOSOL’s Sr Talent Acquisitions Sourcer/Recuiter. She has over 19 years of experience in Corporate, RPO, Technical, Diversity Sourcing and Recruiting in various industries including Commercial, Information Technology, Telecom, Healthcare, Sales & Marketing, Federal Government, Cyber Security, Missile Defense, and Aerospace. She performs Full life cycle recruiting of technical professionals into direct hire roles. She’s responsible for cold calling, screening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing candidates’ technical abilities, and preparing candidates for interviews. She also builds and maintains a quality pipeline of candidates for contract, and direct hire placement through fostering long-term relationships with candidates.
Fun Fact About Olivia: She took a submarine ride down to the bottom of the ocean in Oahu, HI (How many people can say that they’ve been in a submarine?)!
